Section 102
Disposition versions
102. No person may, on a commercial basis, possess, sell, lease, lend or exchange prints of films, unless he is the holder of a distributor’s licence.
The first paragraph does not apply to a dealer in respect of prints of films he has purchased, leased or borrowed from or exchanged with a person who is the holder of a distributor’s licence.
102. With the exception of the Société de radio-télévision du Québec or the holder of a licence under the Broadcasting Act (Revised Statutes of Canada, 1985, chapter B-9), no person may sell, lease, lend or exchange films on a commercial basis without having been authorized to do so by a distributor’s licence.
The first paragraph does not apply to a dealer in respect of the films he has purchased, leased or borrowed from or exchanged with a person who is the holder of a distributor’s licence.
102.
